Benson Chan is an innovation practitioner and chief operating officer at Strategy of Things, an Oakland, Calif.–based consultancy on emerging technologies with a focus on smart buildings, cities and communities, and intelligent infrastructure. Benson speaks regularly about innovation and is an active member of the CompTIA IoT Industry Advisory Council and the NIST Global City Teams Challenge smart buildings, wireless and smart region superclusters.
